Here is a search engine I created. It searches over 400 Villa Rental web sites to help you find your next vacation property much faster than ever before possible. And it displays ONLY results related to villa / apartment / house rentals!

Here's a tip: just enter the region or the city / town you're interested in. Don't bother with words like "villa", "house", "rental", etc.
